MM took a lot of kids not at AAA level because there just aren’t enough AAA kids. There needs to be fewer teams and parents need to be realistic. Maybe drop down to AA and get more ice time.
The G and OMHA both need to reduce teams. MM is very weak.
Yea reduce it to 10. Then all the best players funnel to the top and there are 2 teams as the bottom that can't win a game. Next year, reduce it to 8 teams. And so on and so on until there are two teams left. Dummy.
Open borders will help a bit I think.
Kids will probably play musical chairs a bit and you will see more kids playing AAA hockey that actually should be.

you are going to see 2-3 teams pull away from the rest even more next year with open boarders. Teams like VK, MM, REPS, Rebels, SENS will attract the cast offs of the OMHA who think they can play in the G but really should have stayed home.
Hearing who the top 3 teams have locked in already its not going to be close, JRC will take a step back next year as well

meh, I doubt it. Every year the players get tighter and tighter in skill level.
more kids who can play AAA will be able to, they just need to find the right roster.
There will always be the best of the best, but open borders will tighten things up more and more.
