The G and OMHA both need to reduce teams. MM is very weak.
Yea reduce it to 10. Then all the best players funnel to the top and there are 2 teams as the bottom that can't win a game. Next year, reduce it to 8 teams. And so on and so on until there are two teams left. Dummy.
Open borders will help a bit I think.

Kids will probably play musical chairs a bit and you will see more kids playing AAA hockey that actually should be.

This all sounds like a couple cuts were made on MM. And those parents are not happy about it.

you are going to see 2-3 teams pull away from the rest even more next year with open boarders. Teams like VK, MM, REPS, Rebels, SENS will attract the cast offs of the OMHA who think they can play in the G but really should have stayed home.

Hearing who the top 3 teams have locked in already its not going to be close, JRC will take a step back next year as well

meh, I doubt it. Every year the players get tighter and tighter in skill level.
more kids who can play AAA will be able to, they just need to find the right roster.

There will always be the best of the best, but open borders will tighten things up more and more.

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
I saw them play for the first time this weekend in Kingston, they are worse than the Waxers, who are a mid pack OMHA team…
Everything needs to be changed on that team, best players on the team are AA at best.
Top MW and APR players from OMHA joining with top MM players to make a super Markham team. Done deal.
MM will be a top team like the 2010 MM team.

Are there any good enough OMHA teams that are petitioning to join the GTHL loop for next year?

MM will not be a top team don't kid yourselves. MM is where kids go so their parents can say they play AAA not because they are actual AAA players.
