Let’s talk about Alliance 2012 hockey!
Re: Alliance 2012 Hockey
This makes sense, it happens at every age with EMC. Does anyone hold the coaches accountable?Guest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 3:37 pmYou just identified your problem. One kid is carrying the TEAM then you didn’t develop the rest of them properly. That’s what Chatham is doing, they are focused on developing an entire team of kids for the team sport they’re coaching.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 1:55 pmHS is carrying that team. He deserves all the ice time he’s getting. Long term he needs more skilled players to play with and this is why open borders is a good thing. He’ll have the ability to go elsewhere or better kids can go to EMC.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 11:25 amGo through the list of EMC parent head coaches and tell me who’s kid isn’t the top scorer and doesn’t have the most minutes on the team. They get the most minutes and play on a line with the best kids. This isn’t good for any one long term and is why organizations like Chatham work. The facts are all availableGuest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 9:52 amWhoa! Are we admitting that there might be an issue with the parent coaching at EMC?
Chatham is the team to beat. With open borders, they'll secure a top forward at the very least. Any other movement will depend on coaching and recruiting. People are already talking and looking to get out of Canucks among other orgs.
Whatever Hope has done in Chatham is definitely working.

He’s not “carrying” the team. All of the players on elgin are very good. Other teams are also doing great this year. They are all starting to push each other to be better.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Dec 15, 2024 2:39 pmThis makes sense, it happens at every age with EMC. Once a non parent bench staff is in place the vibe will change.

Re: Alliance 2012 Hockey
Both can be true. EMC has talented players, but right now, HS is carrying the team. Most teams have a player or 2 that are carrying their team this year. Just the way it is at this moment.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Dec 15, 2024 2:51 pmHe’s not “carrying” the team. All of the players on elgin are very good. Other teams are also doing great this year. You mean the player that only gets added to spring teams because Vrebuggen wants him there? laughable
SV just gives him a free ride on every team. Not his fault

Borders are officially open.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Dec 17, 2024 8:42 am Any update on the borders opening up? been pretty quiet
SO now the questions are: WHO IS GOING WHERE? Who is talking to what teams? What team will lose the most players?
