There seems to be a lot of tier 2 kids this year trying to go AAA. Some clearly not ready. Is this normal every year or is this just the case this year? Few of these tier 2 are skilled and seem like they would be fine

Just because they are on a tier 2 team doesn’t mean they are not tier 1 players. There is a few kids that are ahead of the others on some tier 2 teams.

This is a stupid ass comment and my kid is on T1.

we have at least 3 or 4 kids who are worse than the better half of our T2 team. Also, Junior Wings, Mississauga Raiders, Buffalo Regals, Northern Saints, and a few other team that are in the upper part of "T2" are better and have beat multiple T1 teams.

The biggest difference between T1 and T2 is not the top end talent, its the bottom half of the talent. Teams like RELM Wranglers Gold ended up in T1 only because they just didn't take a full roster. Same with a lot of T1 teams.

Please learn to read more carefully instead of being offended. It doesn’t state that all tier 2 players are not ready. Few are but many clearly are not.

This comment is laughable. If he were truly a 'fair' coach, his own son wouldn't even be on the team because he is tier 2 KSL calibre at best.
