Why do you think they're up in the standings...for the amount of times their forwards turn it over they are lucky to even be 500
solid d core...one kids above and beyond the rest...excellent skater, good vision always distributing the puck.. too bad his forwards treat the puck like a hand grenade
just watch.. easiest team to defeat...let the forwards turn it over and then you always an odd man rush. forwards never back check, centers are lost never take the low guy. that's why a predicted a second half meltdown
Not to just pick on the NYK this how beat TRT
TRT is a puck possession team with a weak defense. get the puck deep forecheck the defense, they will panic and give it up. wear them down. shoot low on the goalie, make them move side to side.. forwards are good along the wall, play them close don't give them time. if they are behind coach will double shift his kid, let that kid just skate around, he will get his teamate's out position

Small centre in NYK could also play low end to start.
Been told goalie wants to play AAA has no interest in girls hockey yet.
Parents that want to move their kid up to AAA will need to swallow their pride and get their kids to a bottom end team and see if they can make a difference there. DMF/TT not taking AA kids next year. Neither will VK, TM, JRC, NYR.
Not competing with the bottom of the AAA lineup. Competing with all the crazies who are willing to drive 2 hours to play GTHL AAA.
Have you looked at TT roster...at least 2-3 AA players from last year and look at resurgence...the AAA players that titans got rid of are in AA and are not having impact, these kids were AAA lifers until they got cut...and if you ask those Titans kids parents a year ago about their little Johnny playing on a losing AAA team they would say it is great development...ha I just laughed watching their stressed out face knowing their kids AAA days were numbered... there is a lot of diamonds in the rough in AA you will see a influx of AA players going AAA in the 1-2 years...
TT is a terrible example. They went from being god awful since U10 to a 5th place team now not because of any AA players. They had a big money man leave JRC and join the TT team and brought in a coach who has won a fair amount with the 08 loop. TT by U16 will be a top 3 22012 AAA team and it will be hilarious considering U10 they scored 3 goals in a whole season.
TT has a kid that started in A , got cut with MM and made TT so he's doing something right there with development
That kid was always good player at every level, did it all right not flashy a good coach would recognize a skill set like that ..That why the MM SUCK THIS YEAR..COACH IS AN IDIOT DOESN'T TALENT. THAT WHY HE FIRE FOR NEXT YEAR, HE SHOUD OF KEPT THAT KID

Dump the puck in TRT end. You'll always have opportunities to score. Weak D , half of them should be playing A next season
