LJ needs to tell him to stop taunting the bench after he scores, it starts there. Big #11 on DMF is licking his chops next year for him to do it again…you have been warned.

Lots of little yappers in this age group are going to find out what big boy hockey is in September.

Most of the D in this league can't skate very well. They have no foot speed and can't carry the puck with the head up while scanning the whole ice they will get crushed by wingers chasing down pucks into the corners remember I said it. Injuries from Sept to Dec (three on each team will be hurt)

It’s part of his game like it or not. He won’t shy away and any team would take him. Stop whining about how he celebrates and stop him from scoring that will shut him up.

Gotta love it when dad's swoop in to protect their kids. Just remember, if you raise your kids to be little a-holes, don't complain when someone lays them out on the ice.

If you score as many goals as him, you can do whatever you want…

We will see who is tough soon enough. a lot of these kids who don’t play looking up, or are weak on their feet are going to be in for a wake up call. Some kids will be turnover machines that jump out of the way, once a big player is close to them. It will also be a coming out party for Elite Defence that love to play physical.

There will be new rising stars that have a combination of grit and skill, and there will be falling stars that have skill but are terrified of the corners after they get their clock cleaned. Looking forward to seeing how the kids adapt.

I guess so - didn't seem to score enough yesterday and still acts how he does.

easy there big D dad. big diference between gritty physical play and outright goon hockey. clueless dads seem to think that hitting from behind or the can opener are legal in hockey. news flash, its not! I see lots of big D right now that can't skate, can't stick handle themselves out of trouble, and just play goon hockey because they can't keep up. not many D can play 200ft and move up/down ice with ease.
