What did they learn? They still flip the puck up the middle. And they have three forwards past the red line at all times.
That’s not how you play hockey, maybe just a get a few shiny medals..
Those “studs” are gonna have a very rude awakening after U16. Literally learned nothing other than go score goals in minor hockey.

Very true! The OHL is littered with those minor hockey studs trying to get ice time. Even some 70+ points players can’t find a team or a line to play on. It’s because they didn’t learn how to really play the game. Hanging out by center is not what the next level wants or needs. You’ll be hated if you tried that, if not already. The only one to gain from that style of play is your coach. They are recognized by the Ws. However, they haven’t prepared you for the next level. The worst is you guys are buying in on the shiny medals and winning record. Careful with that because Ws doesn’t get your kid drafted.

Unless you want to play AA tournaments and win them… then brag about it all yes go to hill or UCC. lol what a joke. Play in the G in your draft year. Stop the nonsense of prep already. This loop night in night out is real competition preparing you for next level. End of story.

They are not good enough to make any G teams that’s why they are in prep. No team wants to take a chance with any of those AA players. No way any of them gets drafted. Like you said none of them are unable to keep up with the real competition.
