Panthers coach is expecting to be back. Also surprised at West Mall.
Surprised West Mall coach is back? They've improved, I mean whole new team but still they are better. Unless something going on behind the scenes that nobody knows about.

Panthers, ideally should fold but they'll be back same as this year.

No new AA teams, new A teams coming in. Best would be move 2 AA to A, but G doesn't use common sense.
My bad, surprised at the rumour West Mall's coach wouldn't be back. Saw afterwards he is and definitely should be.

The Panthers and Caps both need new coaches. It's been an embarrassing season for both organizations. I can't see the Panthers folding, but there is no way the organization lets the same roster hit the ice. I know other teams further up in the standings already have skates, so I would hope the Panthers and the Caps have some, as well. Their coaches will both have an uphill battle finding willing players if they have any other options available given the circus around both teams this year, Panthers especially.
Some Caps players to Eagles and Beast next year I heard
So MNS and MT have new coaches in place, what about TW, Caps and ST? Sounds like Caps exodus has already begun.
I heard some Streetsville players picking up the Royals team. Didn't say if AA or A but your probably right they might be dropping to A where they belong.
Heard the Caps is considering last years U16AA coach. Not sure how that will turn out as they finished last but will need to clean up that mess.
Wolverines looking at Titans previous coach. Panthers not confirmed yet but looking at a paid coach.
Titans previous coach? as in Titans AAA?

wishful thinking. Its pretty much locked in aside from jets making some noise down there and will rise up. Below is my prediction for first round playoffs:

1. Rangers vs 8. Caps
2. Beast vs 7. Jets
3. Rattlers vs 6. Northstars
4. Eagles vs 5. Terriers

I heard something interesting the other day. VR team is moving up to AAA and taking over the NYR team.

They'd be ok, add a few pieces.

Problem is that is not true. They aren't moving up.

OMHA parent here looking at GTHL options now that borders are open. Can anyone provide advice on how to approach teams? Are we too late for AA skates? And finally, are most coach's paid? What are the average annual fees for a typical AA West team?

Probably not. They are close. They had opportunity to get points earlier in the season that they did not get.
They definitely play a more structured game but still too many individuals. Unfortunately too late now even if they fix that. Better to look to next season with an improved roster.

I just heard this from a friend. Not the entire team but a bunch are going to the Reps. They dominate the AA loop with the current group but not sure how they would fit into AAA teams. Plus some are small players

Won't go well. They're a great team because they play as a team. Not many superstars on the team.

If the whole team moved up and you changed out 3-4 of the weakest with decent AAA players they'd be OK.

More like 7 and they’d still struggle.
