How does SYB charge that kinda money to play there & your coach shows up when he feels like it. Matt coaches a couple teams for SYB so the real question is: Who do you blame, coach or organization?

This is the way this organization rolls bro. Not just this age group. They have multiple coaches that coach other SYB teams. Most AA teams play twice, practice twice. Sometimes you pick up an extra practice if the parents want more. So if these coaches take on 2 teams. That’s 4 games & bare minimal and 4 practises a week.

As parents, why would you ever sign up for a program like that. I guess the parking lot drinking is starting to make sense now.

NYK are a bit cheaper, only reason because coaches have pay to play program. 4-5 select players parents hand over the envelope. it like tariffs on bad hockey players
