The reality is those kids' parents invested more time and money and the kids got an early leg up but the gap is closing fast, especially with bad development and coaching. If you think Guido is an elite level coach with a development program that will produce high level U14-U16 athletes you are in for a rude awakening. The fact the Marlies don't see that is crazy.

Hey retard, Tex is going to the Majors. Time to see how good he is with 30+ shots a game instead of 3 If memory recalls, he wasn't good enough to make a Toronto Brick team (which is a low bar anyway), nor the Red Wings team which is closer to home. Parents desperate to have him on a Brick team, he went to PA where he and his team got torched routinely.

He was so amazing at UCC (a real, actual private school with standards) that they let him go, and after losing the Brick with the 2014s, he got a job with Everest! If you're looking for a coach who takes your money if you throw enough around and builds a GTHL team around HS because TS tells him to, this is the COACH FOR YOU!
