Incorrect. I am not talking about MM. I am assuming he wouldn't be making mean comments about his own son. I was refering to YOUR comments that you made about his son. Let me jog your memory on one of them...."rugby and wondering how that went" Completely unnecessary comment that has zero value to the claims that he is a bully. Sounds to me like you are the one doing the bullying here. I will say it again - kids are off limits. Go with "If you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything" He is a child. Do better. You want to complain about a coach go for it but keep the kids out of it. Try to sound like you have an ounce of class. Your communication skills, or lack there of is embarrassing.
Haha so righteous of you to say kids are off limits. You, the AMHA allow them to be mistreated.
Try to make it less obvious who you are. Haha what a joke. And let me make this clear: there… is… a… coach… in the 2012 age group… that…. Is… abus*ve.. to… childrennnnnn. You do better sh*t face. Who cares about what people say on an anonymous hockey forum for adults. You’re clearly trying to divert attention from the fact that there is a huge problem here. A coach is mistreating their athletes. Wake up!!

Last season, MM followed a 12 year old around the neighborhood to stalk him playing pond hockey with his friends on a Sunday afternoon and then, took pictures of him paying pond hockey and proceeded to, in front of all of his teammates the next day, in the changeroom, publicly, and embarrassingly berate him for playing pond hockey the day before a game. And then, when his parents politely requested an explanation for the unnecessary behaviour toward their child, this stellar coach proceeds to cut their completely capable kid from the team next season. This is effed.

How you’re shoving this shit down parents’ throats will come back to bite you.

Want more examples, you dusty wannabees?! I can continue?
Dusty wannabees? Thank you for that laugh. My 10 yr old has a higher vocabulary than you. This thread has been quite entertaining for a snowy weekend but all this MM stuff is getting boring now. Goodluck next season I hope your son has a great experience with his new team.

I’m pretty sure your 20-year-old son not only has a BIGGER vocabulary than you but is also smarter than you. Have fun being the laughing stock next season.

This has gone so ridiculously stupid…you’re all measuring your proverbial d*cks. The fact of the matter remains, that the AMHA in itself has become a toxic cancer. They allow coaches like MM and others to remain as coaches regardless of the parent feed back or complaints. Instead of investigating anything or even merely hearing parents out CS bullies them into silence, threatening to have them removed from arenas or kids suspended etc. the shyte show starts at the top, when JB left CS got free reign. How divisions have already cost the AMHA all rep teams above u16, that is a fact. Nothing will ever change unless this joke of an association is dissolved.
I’m the guy posted earlier moving my kid from the G to potentially AMHA next year for AA. This thread is unbelievable and now thinking just commute and stay with the G. I will do my research with the Board and coaches. Is there optimism for 25/26 season ?

If a coach has been in charge of a team for five years and the team keeps getting worse, while the coach’s child is the weakest player and the association ignores all feedback, do you really think the issue is just with this age group, or is it a sign of poor leadership in the association?

We have 2 kids who play for the AMHA and haven't had any problems so far. I can't offer an opinion either way about the board members because my wife and I haven't needed to contact them.
