Are they looking for a right handed D?

Fix yourself TYN.
The old guard of parent coaches and their kids' best friends are in complete denial. They'll probably push away any decent skilled hockey player or goalie with size to keep their tiny kids on the top line.
Take a long hard look at stats since mid January when they started to crumble.
Has the goal scoring slumped? Not really, JS just started shooting more and not passing. They will cater to a stud like that and allow him not to play a team game. No need for drastic changes here, yet if I were a strong forward I would be asking for more passing or my kid is not playing there.
Have the goals against slumped? Yes sir! Why is that? Small slower D that cant contain the bigger forwards out there, it all comes fown to the science of physics. Will those D change? No sir! Not with parent coaches on the team. The easiest place to improve your goals against would be for a better goalie who can win a few games for you. Their goalies have never, never, never done it. Never. We have seen it year over year. Its easier to switch them out for new kids who can compete for wins.
The biggest problem has been coaching, no development forward since that date and a slow decent in standings. How can you have lost so many games since mid January with the same roster? Overplaying the same kids who don't buy into a system and are now going offside on purpose and not back checking at all. It's clear to everyone else. Terrible penalty kills that are never worked on at practice hurt as well. To think that the rest of the team pays for the coaches kids to play for free or at least a heavy discounted rate is just infuriating. Time to move on from an old group that have never won anything.
There are better goalies and better coaches available right now, make the change while you can. Bite the bullet and make the tough decisions. This isn't AA, your roster is the most elite there is in Canada and you have pi$$ed it all away.
Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
Well our teams season is done but JS had at least 2-3 assists playing against us last night and 77 and 44 are probably the fastest defencemen in the league, definitely not small and slow. PJ is an elite goalie. I looked at the games since mid January and TYN didn’t lose a regular season game the whole second half of the season.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Mar 26, 2025 2:06 pmFix yourself TYN.

They have lost some playoff games for sure but you sound a lot more like a TYN hater or jealous parent than someone who is making any valid points. Or maybe a coach who is trying to relate issues and lure somebody to their team because you haven’t had any luck recruiting. Or maybe you just don’t understand hockey.
Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
read through the posts today someone mention TYN 18 and 13 52 being cut along with the backing goalie getting cut and then this gets posted. It obviously the parent of a Tyn cut jealous their kid could not keep their spot.not hard to figure this one out.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Mar 26, 2025 2:26 pmWell our teams season is done but JS had at least 2-3 assists playing against us last night and 77 and 44 are probably the fastest defencemen in the league, definitely not small and slow. Most of the crap posted about teams this time of season is from pissed off parents of cuts.all you people are doing is showing every one why the team got rid of you in the first place. Be better humans.
Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
The exact same thing happened yesterday after the Gnats cuts were brought up someone wrote a post hating on the TYN. Angry cuts just like we see from TM cuts and JRC cuts on here and other teams sometimes. There are kids around the league who have been cut and did not want to leave or have no offers and are staring AA in the face and they vent on here about the teams who let them go for our entertainment. It's part of the grieving process.
