2013 AA West

Re: 2013 AA West
I'd guess max 2 are going up. Not that easy. Open borders have increased the pool with lots of good players from all over who want AAA circus spots.
Question is can coach afford not to address his lack of speed and size up front. U13 will be more physical than this year and their forward group is small.

Don’t worry we will be fine. Maybe we lose 2-3 games next year. That would be an amazing season for the rest of youGuest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2025 7:56 am I'd guess max 2 are going up. Not that easy. Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2025 11:29 amI think everyone is trying to get better to compete next year. A bunch of GTC kids and VR parents trying to combine up to form a strong MR team. I wouldn’t call it a superteam though.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2025 9:37 amSays the dad whose kid is in the bottom halfGuest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2025 9:19 amDon’t worry we will be fine. Re: 2013 AA West
Word is the GTC "core" is moving to MR. Who the "core" is comprised of is unclear to all but the involved parties and will change between now and cards being signed I would guess.
Re: 2013 AA West
Just thinking of those parent groups combining in the stands. That will be one loud arena.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2025 12:18 pm Word is the GTC "core" is moving to MR. Re: 2013 AA West
Same crap every year and none of these super teams never pan out. I thought the Caps were the new super team this year,,,,,,,,,,, It's usually just a collection of kids that arent as good as they think they are and dont actually make teams better. The teams with strong cores that are just missing a piece or 2 are the teams that can compete with the MB and VP. MT - add a scoring forward or 2. HV - add a good D man and some size. Teams like that are on the cusp// forget about building some crazy land of broken pieces super team too funnyGuest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2025 12:18 pm Word is the GTC "core" is moving to MR. Re: 2013 AA West
Good coaches should be able to develop a group of kids. They shouldn't need to recruit and replace every year. When the bulk of the team turns over, I don't view that as a good sign.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2025 12:26 pmSame crap every year and none of these super teams never pan out.
