I’m hearing rumours JT has been suspended from GK to coach cause he broke a stick over his leg? Any truth?Guest wrote: ↑Sun Dec 15, 2024 3:13 pm I see our organization has posted on the GK website they're looking for coaches next year. We need a full makeover from U13 & up!
What in the world, happened to that team (the U15s)? They were good for the past couple of years, now they are just like all the other u13+ gk teamsGuest wrote: ↑Sun Dec 15, 2024 7:19 pmI’m hearing rumours JT has been suspended from GK to coach cause he broke a stick over his leg? That’s cause the good local talent left this organization already and got out the last time you could. Also the one kid selected only played in 2 games. So explain how he was worthy? The game itself was pretty boring but good for the kids that got a free jerseyGuest wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2024 1:25 pm Congrats to those 3 players that made it to the U18 All Stars game. They are all well deserving players and belong in that select group. It is however quite unfortunate that no local player from Kingston were selected. It is not surprising to see this as 3/4 of the players on that team are from out of our zone. It’s unfortunate to see the lack of effort towards players development and players retention by this organization. It’s only going to get worse once borders are opened.
They won't be able to hold top players hostage anymore. Top kids will drive the 45 minutes to tryout in Quinte. Quinte is good at every age so only a couple of kids will be able to go. Borders were open for 2007's,2008's and 2009's a few years ago and only a few from each age group left at that time.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Dec 17, 2024 7:15 pm Now… here is a well run program.

GK President, what is your plan?
Kingston’s plan will not change. Continue to run a sub par program with the same coaches. They will hope that the younger groups won’t leave and go to QRD.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2024 6:07 pmThey won't be able to hold top players hostage anymore. Kingston's reputation is already bad and is getting worse this year.
